My profile and experiences can be described as follows: • 17 years’ work experience in human resources with focus on HR Strategy, Talent Management, Recruitment, HR Processes, IT Systems including global SAP HR roll out, Performance Management, HR Marketing, HR Development and Organizational Development. I collected valuable know-how and best practice in various companies and industries. • Management experience with up to 20 employees. My leadership style is characterized by an open communication, a clear and performance-oriented guidance and a collaborative attitude towards colleagues and employees. • Excellent project management knowledge within global roll outs (optimizing/implementing HR tools, processes, IT systems, HR Development Programs & Tools, culture (Values & Principle), cost- and efficiency projects). • International experience (Europe, USA, China, Japan) including matrix structures. • Direct report to board members/company owners for 4 years.
