About Bernardo Pohl Duarte
I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa. I am currently a Project Manager and Implementation Specialist at Epic, a leading healthcare software company. My main skills within project management include managing and growing project teams, strategic planning, and high-pressure situations.At Epic, I have been involved in installing six applications and modules with various customers, including a large healthcare organization with over 200 facilities. I have managed 25 analysts and worked daily with IT, Operations, and C-Suite members of different customers. I have also written project reports, status updates, mitigation plans, and change control documents. In addition, I have previous experience in DEI training and research, as well as lab coordination and writing of research publications. I am passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and enhancing organizational culture through diversity, equity, and inclusion. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to any team, as well as skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and French.
