ABOUT BERNARD MERCIER

As the Western Canada Leader of Mercer, I am privileged to lead our colleagues as we make a difference in people’s lives. My goal is to empower colleagues in Western Canada to improve the Health, Wealth and Careers of our clients, their employees and our communities. This means helping people achieve healthier, more financially secure and professionally rewarding futures. I am passionate about making this a reality for our Mercer colleagues too, as well as fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace where our people feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work.Prior to Mercer, I spent more than 30 years with WTW, as the leader of the Vancouver Retirement practice.When I’m not at work, I love spending time with family and friends, travelling the world and playing the saxophone.
