Afterwards, took over Paraná unit with management of 11 direct managers and over 320 indirect ones (Coordinators, Analysts, Operators, Mechanics etc.). Responsible for cascading the global strategy and defining the Plant strategy, following P&L and DRE results. Managed the Plant budget (EUR 21 MI), reporting results to the executive team. Performance focused on meeting production targets, within defined quality, quantity, cost and deadlines.
