   Key Responsibilities (Northeast Region): •Oversee 60+ Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealerships across the Northeast region, driving growth, loyalty, and utilization of Jeep Performance Parts (JPP) and Mopar Accessories. •Achieve regional revenue goals by increasing Mopar Per New Unit Retail (PNUR) and developing tailored sales strategies for each dealership. •Serve as the primary Mopar product specialist for dealership personnel and Stellantis field teams, delivering on-site product training, sales enablement, and marketing support. •Lead sales process and accessory training sessions to help Sales and Finance teams improve accessory attach rates and overall gross profit. •Partner with dealerships on vehicle ordering and upfit planning to maximize Jeep and Mopar accessory penetration through Jeep Custom Shops and retail displays. •Support and coordinate Mopar and Jeep brand event activations, including promotional campaigns, customer engagement events, and field marketing initiatives. •Implement Mopar Merchandise and showroom displays to enhance brand visibility and customer experience at retail locations. •Grow dealer participation in Mopar e-commerce and accessory rewards programs by promoting online platforms and sales incentives. •Expand Mopar wholesale business through independent accessory installers, body shops, and wholesale distributors. •Provide data-driven feedback and strategic insights to the Mopar corporate team regarding product performance, pricing, and incentive optimization opportunities.
