ABOUT BERNARD TYLER

From January 2025, I have a Project Advisor role for JLL. Prior to this between 2022 and 2024, I was the Growth & Performance Director for the Tétris EMEA business. Key responsibilities included the oversight of our German, Polish, Italian and Swiss businesses, the EMEA Furniture Solutions business as well as the development and implementation of our growth strategies and the execution of the company vision. This role had Board responsibility for the listed countries, the furniture business and regional sustainability activities. Between 2010 and 2021, as Tétris Chief Operating Officer, I managed the establishment of our multi-country network of Tétris businesses. I was involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business, including providing executive oversight for a number of our global corporate clients. Between 2007 and 2021, as Head of Project & Development Services EMEA I was responsible for the oversight of the Project and Program Management teams of more than professionals based in 25 countries in EMEA. These teams are responsible for capital expenditure related consultancy services and the management of projects and portfolios for investor, developer and corporate clients. As a practical, solution-focused team player, I constantly work to get the best performance from our diverse, multinational organisation. With a background in civil and structural engineering, I have over 30 years of experience in the management and delivery of real estate and infrastructure design and construction projects across the UK, Europe and the Far East.
