As a performance management consultant I have more than 35 years of experience working in the field of human service and human resource development and management. This has allowed me the privilege of being a reliable and depended upon solutions provider through a wide and varied array of operational and people performance challenges. As an experienced management consultant I am a skilled performance improvement architect. I design and orchestrate performance improvement strategies and structures for individuals and organizational improvement including strategy for businesses. This includes applying the right combination of learning methods and change processes techniques and interventions that enable individuals to turn their knowledge into performance and organizations to turn their strategy into results. After nearly 30 years in my consulting practice, I am currently re-inventing my practice and my business model to leverage my passion for people development. I have an enhanced focus on thought leadership in the area of leadership. As a part of the reinventing strategy, I have entered an exciting area of collaboration with the President of OnAir Applications, Hilton Mills, to leverage my training experience and expertise though OAA\'s e-learning technology. In addition, I continue to assist professionals leverage their talents by helping them formulate the business entity that helps them grow themselves and capitalize on their passion.
