Assist in induction and training of new and existing drivers• Driver engagement initiatives • Safety Meeting and toolbox attendance• Audit and review of compliance requirements relating to the contract including site reviews and BSV’s• First point of contact for Health Safety and Compliance matters relating to the Air Liquide contract• Monitoring and administering the Alexander Group Health, Safety, Wellness and Environment Management policies, systems, processes, and procedures. • Monitoring the safety performance of Workers.• Actively participating in safety programs, procedures, continuous improvement, investigations and learning groups • Monitoring and administering EcoPortal in line with the Health & Safety Management System and best practice • IVCS (In Vehicle Camera Systems), Eroad monitoring and review• Safety and Compliance KPI monitoring and reporting
