I started my banking career in 1997 as a teller and worked my way up to Vice President and Corporate Lending Officer. Over two decades in commercial and corporate banking, I built deep expertise in credit, relationship management, and strategic growth for businesses across Southern Nevada.Then I stepped away.For nine years, I was a full time mom. That season reshaped me in ways no balance sheet ever could. It strengthened my empathy, deepened my leadership, and clarified what truly matters to me.When I returned to the workforce, I stepped into nonprofit leadership, serving as Director of Communications and Engagement for an organization focused on career readiness for foster and vulnerable youth. There, I led social media strategy, storytelling, community partnerships, and donor engagement, combining business discipline with heart driven impact.Today, I bring together three core strengths• More than 20 years of commercial banking and credit experience• Strategic marketing and communications leadership• A deep commitment to community and nonprofit advancementI am passionate about building meaningful partnerships, especially with organizations and businesses that care about people, not just profit. My approach is relationship first, thoughtful, and long term. I believe banking, leadership, and community work all share one foundation: trust.I will never stop learning.
