I started my banking career in 1997 as a teller and worked my way up to Vice President and Corporate Lending Officer. Over two decades in commercial and corporate banking, I built deep expertise in credit, relationship management, and strategic growth for businesses across Southern Nevada.Then I stepped away.For nine years, I was a full time mom. That season reshaped me in ways no balance sheet ever could. It strengthened my empathy, deepened my leadership, and clarified what truly matters to me.When I returned to the workforce, I stepped into nonprofit leadership, serving as Director of Communications and Engagement for an organization focused on career readiness for foster and vulnerable youth.
