Currently the Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Duke University Health System Ambulatory Surgery. While at Duke, I was able to take the lead role to facilitate teams to build a brand new, 8 OR, square ft. state of the art ambulatory surgery center from the ground floor, Duke ASC Arringdon. By bringing this concept to life we opened access to more than 10k surgeries per year and opened up access to more inpatient surgeries across the health system.
