In my role of Consultant, Team and Executive Coach* I bring a broad knowledge and experience gained from many years of leading teams and successful projects in very diverse cultures, countries and organizations* I enable the development of inspiring leaders and collaborative teams so that they lead and grow the business to achieve the success it deserves* I work with our clients to help develop programs for Women in Leadership to enable them to get their voice heard, influence decision and drive strategy in the organization* I support our clients DEI initiatives, focusing on Inclusion and Belonging, working with their existing teams to embrace diversity in an inclusive environment, to explicitly address allyship, unconscious biases and systemic barriers and create lasting change * I leverage the deep understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset that I have acquired, to bring innovative thinking and solutions* I provide perspective and direction on how to embrace the richness and diversity of thinking and behaviors of the individuals to increase growth, effectiveness and performance of the teams and the organizationOur approach and programs are designed to create a paradigm shift in the ability of teams to deliver exceptional results, solve increasingly complex problems and overcome their biggest challenges. We work with them to dramatically improve levels of collaboration, alignment, and momentum. We believe that Diversity and Inclusion are not only right in principle, they are fundamentally the best way for teams to be successful in practice. Our programs enable the power of our clients existing teams as the fundamental units for change, and build a shared purpose and language for collaboration into the culture of their organizations.
