ABOUT BERNADETTE NAOUM

An international development and project management professional with more than 15 years of experience managing donor-funded projects in high-speed and complex environments. Experience supervising large multi-national and multi-lingual teams in remote office settings and overseeing all operations areas including human resources, staff professional development, financial management and reporting, procurement, grants under contract, inventory management, and field office operations systems. Strong background in capacity building and training for overseas and headquarters staff in areas of operations, procurement, grants, management and leadership, effective communications, and several other trainings. Served as facilitator for various seminars, retreats, focus groups, strategy sessions, and other events. Demonstrated understanding of corporate diversity and inclusion priorities goals and experience creating divisional work plan.
