From teen mom, and university drop out to leading nations to the United Nations; multiple award-winning Bernie Davies knows what it means to find purpose in the pursuit of finding yourself. Her incredible journey and commitment to empowering others is truly extraordinary—rising from early challenges to a 21-year career in property law before transforming into a best-selling author, TEDx speaker, and a driving force behind diversity and inclusion in Wales and beyond. Her books, Mastering Diversity: We Go Together or Not at All and Your Business Your Way, have already guided so many, and her work with Bernie Davies Global and Mastering Diversity Conferences and Awards, has cemented her as a leading mentor, motivator, and champion for entrepreneurship. Beyond her professional achievements, her impact spans across multiple leadership roles.
