Vice President — Global Tax Onboarding & Information ReportingThe Blackstone Group • Lead global FATCA, CRS, and U.S. information reporting strategy across Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit, Strategic Partners, GP Stakes, Infrastructure, and Insurance businesses. • Own end-to-end investor tax onboarding and lifecycle management, including tax form solicitation, review, change-in-circumstance analysis, and investor tax guidance across complex fund structures. • Architect and drive a next-generation enterprise Tax Form & Withholding Operating Model, integrating tax workflows and data across SIGMA, Snowflake, and Master Data Management (MDM). • Design and implement a Pre-Clearance process for investor tax validation, classification, EID/entity matching, and withholding readiness. • Centralize withholding rate logic to ensure consistent and accurate tax treatment across entities, jurisdictions, and investment structures. • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Investor Relations, AML, Technology, and external service providers to embed tax governance into investor onboarding and fund launches. • Lead global FATCA/CRS compliance efforts, including Cayman Compliance Declarations, Economic Substance filings, and Bermuda regulatory reporting. • Coordinate regularly with Luxembourg and other international jurisdictions on cross-border FATCA/CRS and information reporting requirements. • Direct tax transformation initiatives, leading process redesign, automation, and future-state implementation to improve scalability, accuracy, and control. • Oversee analysis and implementation of new regulatory requirements resulting from IRS form revisions, including U.S. TIN and ECI changes.
