Create and supervise successful Health & Safety Campaigns for the properties across the country with more than 20 facilities and around team members.• Share all knowledge of procedures and potential hazards with team members/co-workers. • Serve as an enthusiast of all safety efforts, encouraging and motivating employees to think of their safety and the safety of others in the workplace. • Create incentive-based campaigns to increase safety participation and awareness following Safety guidelines. • Monitor and engage with team members to ensure conformity to safe practices during shift assignments. • Partner with department managers and supervisors to address safety concerns in a positive manner. • Coordinate safety trainings, developing safety topic discussions, and developing safety training material. • Work with Risk Management, General Managers and Security Department to create ongoing marketing campaigns via in-app messaging, email, and social media, etc. related to safety. • Track, report, and analyze key safety issues that will inform response strategies. • Monitor team member safety and properly address safety concerns. • Conduct presentations and engage the team members creatively. • Participate in safety committee meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow-up assessments. • Participates in team meetings and provided regular on-site project presence.
