ABOUT BERKAN B.

When I was young, I always had an interest in technology. I was more interested in how technology worked. I spent hours on the internet reading tech-related content and learning much about my devices. I often watched videos about the history of operating systems and start-up sounds. I also would like to say that my dad and I repaired computers since I was young. I understood that the role of tech in our lives grows bigger and I can use my skills to help others in tech. I studied information technology with a philosophy of studying. This involved asking questions, self-teaching, reading from the textbook, and watching videos on YouTube. By doing that, I became successful in getting my A+ certification. I also do projects to better my understanding of computers. Even after graduating, I’m eager to learn new things in tech such as coding in Python and Java. In my prior experience, I applied my IT skills to a job that wasn’t IT-related. I learned basic customer service for any customer. With patience and attention, I would try to resolve the issue while listening carefully. I did everything to improve as an employee for the customer and my team. My colleagues tell me I am a fast learner and a team player. I also did diagnostics on POS systems and other store equipment. Outside of work. I would invest time in projects such as my IT home lab. There, I would learn how to learn how computers work in real-time. I utilized virtualization of various OSes to simulate common PC issues to better my understanding of IT. I also used Wireshark to simulate a network to understand the basics of computer networks. I also roleplayed in customer support with friends to enhance customer service skills. As an experienced professional, I look forward to contributing to a team-based setting. I use my experience in Information Technologies (IT) and customer service to achieve this. I\'m able to identify problems with a network or a computer system. I can repair a system and provide recommendations when upgrading any computer system. I\'m also receptive to feedback and willing to learn.
