I\'m passionate about making workplaces work for workers. Let’s collaboratively reimagine how work can get done ethically during late stage capitalism. I have 10 years of progressive experience within people operations and HR management, spanning a variety of industries and company sizes/structures.After studying labor relations and the future of work to obtain my masters at Cornell University, I completed DIRECTV’S Rotational HR Development Program — an 18-month early career accelerator involving three distinct HR roles across 3 business units during DTV’s $50B+ acquisition by a Fortune 10 media & technology conglomerate. Throughout several diverse career experiences in the human resources field ranging from corporate America, manufacturing, and private tech, to a mom-and-pop coffee roasting business, an international ride-share startup, and now a few non-profits under my belt, my professional goal has remained the same: help mission-driven orgs. thrive by challenging the status quo to remain on the leading edge of doing right by our workforce.With my trauma-informed and abolitionist HR/people skillset and lens, I center justice, liberation, accessibility and inclusion in my work while striving to enlist the best-suited candidates for each role and unlock highly engaged team dynamics. I craft equitable programs and policies that positively shape company culture, and seek out ways to support the professional growth and material well-being of the people within organizations, including that of my own and my colleagues. Through my work, I aim to empower and resource our most effective contributions toward the intersectional communities and collective causes that impact us deeply.
