This role is a unique leadership position due to our distinctive employed physician model and physician governance structure. I am responsible for the Office of Professional Staff Affairs (OPSA) and the Clinical Institutes. OPSA manages every aspect of the physician and scientist career life cycle for doctoral-level individuals. As the lead physician executive for the clinical institutes, I am responsible for the vision, business development and strategies related to physician practice management across 18 clinical service lines in our global footprint. This unique leadership position allows me to have the internal influence and decision-making authority to direct and sustain practice change across the Cleveland Clinic healthcare system. I am board-certified in OB-GYN and Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) and currently practice FPMRS.
