I’m a security engineering and architecture leader with 20+ years of experience building, scaling, and operating security programs for large enterprise and high-growth SaaS environments.Currently, I serve as Director of Security Architecture and Engineering at Omnissa, where I built and scaled the Security Engineering, Security Architecture, and Vulnerability Management programs from the ground up. My focus is on delivering practical, risk-based security—selecting and implementing controls that materially reduce risk while avoiding unnecessary cost, friction, and operational complexity.My experience spans the full security lifecycle, including architecture, engineering, prevention, detection, response, identity, and vulnerability management, with deep hands-on leadership across cloud, workload, network, endpoint, SIEM, and Zero Trust platforms. I’ve led the selection, requirements definition, and implementation of security tooling at scale, enabling Zero Trust adoption and measurable improvements in security posture without slowing product velocity.I partner closely with SaaS product and platform engineering teams to embed security into system design, architecture reviews, and day-to-day engineering workflows—ensuring security is an enabler of the business, not a blocker. I’m especially passionate about translating business and technical risk into scalable, actionable security solutions that engineering teams can actually adopt.Previously, I spent nearly two decades at VMware and Broadcom Software, where I built and led global security engineering organizations, supported Zero Trust initiatives, and operated security controls protecting 100K+ workloads across hybrid and cloud environments.At my core, I’m a builder and operator who believes strong security comes from sound architecture, engineering discipline, close partnership with the business, and a relentless focus on outcomes.
