   Jul 2024 — Present

   Collaborated with product managers, engineering, research, and stakeholders from concept to final execution, including the wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and interaction design for a 0-1 fintech feature, Elevated Insights, to help small business owners understand the financial health of their company. Validated my designs through qualitative interviews, usability testing, and quantitative analytics. Iterated on the core functionality of Elevated Insights based on feedback and findings from my research. Delivered and shipped 5 insights on time, meeting our goals. Utilized user research, analytics, personas, journey maps, and user feedback to understand user needs, inform design decisions to optimize existing workflows, and validate new designs through usability testing, resulting in a 5.2% increase in conversion from our website and an 11.2% increase in completed registrations, hitting our goals.Presented designs early and often to other designers, cross-functional team members, and stakeholders to articulate design rationale, gather feedback, and address feasibility concerns early in the process.Raised the bar for the organization and quality of Figma files marked ready for dev by including prototypes and detailed documentation articulating design decisions, animations, edge cases, and accessibility requirements.
