ABOUT AGATA BEREZNICKA
Aga is a mission-driven public health professional with over 5 years of project and program management experience, as well as over 8 years of research experience. She is passionate about program development, quality improvement, and improving access to low-barrier mental health and substance use care, especially among populations that have historically been underserved and excluded from high quality and evidence-based practices.She is currently the addiction psychiatry project manager working across the Department of Psychiatry and Grayken Center for Addiction teams at Boston Medical Center. Her work within both teams focuses on quality improvement and educational initiatives related to substance use. She also provides programmatic support to several clinical programs including an outpatient program for adults with co-occurring disorders, a community-based program for youth with psychosis and substance use, a walk-in emergency department alternative that provides connection to ATS/CSS levels of care, a recovery coach program, and a low-barrier women\'s health program for women with substance use disorder.
