I like to lead people and manage activities/projects in dynamic environments. I love when a team is successful and when the common effort delivers effective solutions to achieve ambitious objectives. I am satisfied when I can contribute to develop new technological solutions. International environments (ITER, NAHEMA – NATO NH90 helicopter Agency, OCCAR) have always been an opportunity to improve my communication/negotiation skills and have me to cultivate my passion for strategic approach towards industrial products and national operational requirements. Nowaday I take advantage of my experience as former Italian Navy Helicopter Pilot and Ship Captain, who served in all mission fields of the last decade, looking for the best decisions for the benefit of the organization. Today I am thankful for being part of a Global Engineering Services Company such as Capgemini, providing portfolio management for digital transformation but also strategic consultancy for Business Units Development, in Aerospace, Defense an Energy Industries.In November 2023 I completed the Kedge Global Executive MBA: it was an enriching journey that widen my horizons and gave me the chance to deepen my interest in the field of corporate finance and marketing, negotiation and disruptive trends applications. I am honored to be part of the Kedge community that is an example of human value dedicated to progress.International relationships and geostrategy are my fileds of interest.
