Crowns & hops disrupted the status quo and championed racial equity, solidifying the brand as a pioneering force and leader for inclusion and cultural impact in craft beer.Through innovative product storytelling and experiences, transformed the social media movement #BlackPeopleLoveBeer into a widely distributed beer brand with over 800 retail placements across California (Whole Foods, Total Wine, Disney), earning 25+ national media features (Forbes, LA Times) and global media mentions.Empowering community-driven ownership and lasting brand engagement, launched the “OWN CROWNS” equity crowdfunding campaign, making Crowns & Hops the first Black-owned beer brand to raise over $1M. Established the 501(c)(3) “8 Trill Initiative,” raising to provide resources and support to other Black-owned beer brandsAccolades LAX: Crowns & Hops is the first Black beer brand to be sold at LAX (2024) Sam Adams: Winner of Samual Adams “Brewing the American Dream” Experienceship (2024) Wine Enthusiast \"Future 40\" Spotlighted by the W.K.
