Strategic and people-focused finance leader with 13+ years of experience, including 5 years in senior leadership roles across SaaS, media, technology, and marketing sectors. Qualified with KPMG, I’ve since thrived in dynamic, high-growth ($80m to $430m), PE-backed environments, leading finance transformation and driving commercial success across international operations. I believe finance should sit at the heart of the business—going beyond reporting to become a true strategic partner. By leveraging automation, AI, and advanced analytics, finance teams can unlock smarter, faster decision-making and become catalysts for innovation and value creation. Throughout my career, I’ve delivered impact through a range of transformational and high-stakes initiatives, including- Leading ERP (NetSuite) and finance systems implementations (e.g. Blackline, Navan) and identification and implementation of AI solutions (e.g. Numeric)-Chairing ESG committees to enable compliance and cultural change- 5 acquisitions in a veriety of capacities including buyer-side due diligence and seamless post-merger integration- Managing company wide finance transformation programs, including process & policy alignment and offshore shared service centre creation-Supporting seller-side due diligence and preparation ahead of PE exit- Building, mentoring and scaling high-performing international finance teams.
