ABOUT BEN WALSH
I currently work as a Future Propulsion Graduate Engineer at JLR after graduating from my degree in Mechanical with Automotive Engineering (MEng) at the University of Bath. As well as completing various automotive related units on my degree, I completed my final year project on the modelling of a hydrogen combustion engine. I have also completed a driveline design project on the Team Bath Racing Electric Formula Student car. I have completed a year-long Machine Integration placement at Cummins Inc where I completed many powertrain data analysis tasks on various customer vehicles. This included being trusted to work on in-person tests at Millbrook Proving Ground. I have also completed work experience at Red Bull Racing Formula One Team where I gained knowledge of how the composites, aerodynamic model and hydraulic departments operate. I also gained early design experience at Ansaldo Nuclear.
