An experienced business leader and expert in operations and IT. Graduated in 2002 from Balliol College, Oxford, with a first class Masters degree in Engineering Science. Two years management consultancy in the defence industry was followed by ten years developing supply chains for fast-growing businesses at innocent then Daylesford. My first general management role was Commercial Director at Garden Trading, a specialist homeware company where I led a three year period of rapid expansion.
