It\'s simple, I want to make it easier for our 12,500+ staff to \'want to come to work\'. As strategic lead, it is my role to develop the long term plan and vison for health and wellbeing to support our NHS People. My role spans across Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services to mobilise and implement strategy principles through the application of comprehensive policy, proactive and responsive training programmes, clinical and non clinical intervention, cultural improvement initiatives and much more. My role is to ensure we have the right systems and processes in place so that all provision is readily available and accessible to NHS colleagues.
