As a rowing coach at the national championship level, I learned that the difference between good and elite isn\'t talent — it\'s systems, discipline, and the ability to develop people under pressure. That instinct followed me into B2B SaaS sales, and it\'s shaped how I operate ever since.Since moving into full-cycle sales in 2021, I\'ve hit or exceeded quota in every role I\'ve carried. At Darktrace, I carried 115% of a $1.2M ACV quota selling autonomous AI cybersecurity to enterprise buyers who didn\'t yet have a framework for what they were buying. At Varonis, I hit 107% of $1.3M in 8 months and closed the 2nd-largest ACV deal in Southern California for 2022. At NimbleRx, I ranked #1 AE in pipeline and closed revenue, hit 112% attainment in 2025, and redesigned an outbound value proposition that lifted lead generation 20% across the outreach team.The common thread across all of it: complex AI-powered platforms, skeptical buyers, and deals that required someone who could translate technical value into business outcomes at the C-suite level.I\'m also building Sparks Growth, an AI revenue operations consultancy for B2B SaaS companies.
