About Bently Goodwin
As a Group Chair for Vistage International since 2010, I lead two peer groups comprised of 30+ CEOs and two peer groups with 30+ C-Level executives. • Groups meet once a month to solve problems, evaluate opportunities and work on an assortment of strategic and operational issues. • I also coach the CEO members, not by giving advice, but by helping members identify their most important needs and opportunities. • I work with member to develop a range of options and solutions and encourage them to BE accountable for results• World class speakers and subject matter experts from across the US regularly present in-depth explorations of C-Level business topics. • Membership is by invitation of the Group Chair and the CEO membership.I have a passion for strategy and regularly lead executive retreats with companies, helping them hone their vision, mission, core values, operational and financial plans. I likewise have a passion for high performance and regularly rank among the top 5% of my peers at Vistage.
