He has extensive experience of advising on matters in the technology, sport, and media and entertainment industries. His experience encompasses contractual disputes, intellectual property infringement, misuse of confidential information and data protection matters. Ben also has expertise in reputation management, with experience of proceedings involving defamation, privacy and harassment. He aims to achieve the earliest possible resolution of his clients’ disputes, making use of mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. He also has experience of managing cases to a successful outcome at trial where necessary.
