In more than 30 years in the financial services sector, I’ve been privileged to lead amazing organizations that reflect my passion for driving impact. As a leader, I believe strongly that in a successful organization, culture matters. People matter. These values have been proven out as I’ve led companies through rapid growth and chaotic markets—like those during the 2008 financial crisis. It’s these principles that have enabled me to succeed. I’m a highly engaged executive, comfortable leading through change and in complex environments. My law background means I’m data driven and analytical, and I use that skill set to gather and integrate competing perspectives, make the necessary choices, and choose the best path forward.
