About Benson Christensen
I enjoy all aspects of business and especially building relationships while utilizing each persons strength for a win win scenario. I love working hard as well as playing hard. I value a workplace with a good work life balance along with a family centered culture. My family is in real-estate development and banking so I have learned a lot about real-estate and finance in general which has peaked my interest in this field of business. I worked on the equity side of real estate on the Alturas Real Estate Investment Fund for a couple summers full time and wanted to learn the debt side as well so I accepted a job with Money360, Inc, a commercial real-estate bridge lender. I analyzed prospective loans on various commercial real estate assets for a year with Money360. I am currently on the Special Servicing Team at A10 Capital and really enjoy working on this side of the business that involves all aspects of the real estate including business strategy and legal discussions for the workouts on each loan and assets that we own.
