I am an experienced and dedicated project manager, with in depth experience in the delivery of projects and programmes across all sectors. I hold overall responsibility for service delivery of project and programme management commissions from feasibility / options appraisal, through design, procurement, construction and operation / use. With a strategic outlook and performance focused approach I have successfully led and project managed commissions varying in scale, scope and complexity. These commissions have ranged in value from £1m through to £45m. I undertake the role of client interface and lead multi-disciplinary teams ensuring that client objectives are met and successful outcomes are achieved. I am accountable for the projects and programmes which I lead on are delivered to the time, cost and performance targets set along with meeting the required quality and commercial parameters. I contribute to the overall strategic and operational management of my business unit and hold responsibilities which include business development, marketing, client relationships and identifying and securing new opportunities.
