ABOUT BEN SULLIVAN
I am a data focused Executive & Board Advisor with broad multi-national experience in technology and inclusive growth strategies. My main role is as CEO Co-Founder at The Reverse Mentoring Practice I also work with a select few companies on targeted growth strategies. Learning and researching fills 20% of my working week. With one eye on the future and one eye on the present I help get non-urgent but important projects off the ground. These are usually delayed and are gathering dust in the too hard basket. I support leaders so they can create learning environments where staff understand the purpose of why they are doing what they do. They know what success looks like and can crack on and get things done. Success is built around scalable decision making where mistakes happen and the leader doesn\'t need to be involved in every meeting. As a white male I have and continue to benefit from advantages and privileges afforded to me in my life and career. I actively use my advantage to make workplaces more diverse, inclusive and equal. I make mistakes but it\'s better than doing nothing. I encourage others like me to do the same. I am the father of three fantastic children including an amazing autistic child. It\'s important for me that we understand neurodiversity better so people like her do not feel excluded.
