I am the Project Delivery Director for the Spatial Platform Modernization service offering in the Geospatial Consulting business line at 1898 & Co. I oversee a team of geospatial consultants providing solutions and services to our clients, including ArcGIS Utility Network migrations and implementations, and Trimble Unity Maintain (Cityworks)/EAM migrations and implementations.I am an experienced Senior Project Manager and Senior Geospatial Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the utilities and engineering industries. I have nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in projects related to Utility Network, design & construction program management, siting studies, and grid modernization analysis. I am responsible for project management tasks including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, client communications, invoicing, and project delivery. I have recent experience managing complex geospatial model development & implementation projects for utilities, and asset management system implementation. I am skilled in ArcGIS products, Maintenance Management Systems, Spatial Analysis, Global Positioning System (GPS), and Program Management.
