My commercial litigation practice includes complex contractual disputes, claims concerning breach of fiduciary duty, and shareholder disputes. I also specialise in estate, trust and will disputes including: probate claims, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, the construction and rectification of wills and trusts, breach of trust claims and removal claims.Finally, I help clients to resolve reputation management issues and acted for the successful applicants in Parris v Ajayi [2021] EWHC 285 (QB) in which the Court struck out a malicious falsehood claim in the employment context.
