I work with big teams or individuals.Longer Version:Most experts need to be better communicators. They need to influence senior leaders, persuade customers their solutions are the best, or connect with big groups on a video calls. But they over invest in tech skills and neglect those human skills.In today\'s AI world, those human skills are even more important.I spent 20 years working at Microsoft. I learnt that knowing your stuff was not enough. To influence people, to drive action, to be successful you needed more than expert knowledge.You needed to be relevant. You needed to create compelling messages. You needed to connect with people emotionally as well as rationally. You needed to perform when you were under pressure.You needed to build trust.I coached people at Microsoft to do this for years. People in Consultancy, Customer Success and Technical Sales.Then I took all that learning, packaged it up and started Elevated You.
