I also use advanced data tools to analyse project performance, optimise resources, and drive cost efficiencies. Including sourcing new suppliers and contractors.Recently, I’ve led the development of new, award-winning documentary and immersive formats, expanding our creative toolkit. I\'m particularly passionate about emerging tech. Including AI and creative analytics, and I\'m actively applying these tools to boost productivity and mentor others through up-skilling opportunities.
