Oversee all aspects of UBS\'s Americas business managing Divisional and Legal Entity Financial Statements, Regulatory Reporting, Product Control, Financial Planning and Analysis, Internal Capital Adequacy, Treasury, Tax, SOX 302 compliance, and Financial and Operating Risk. In this role, I have driven significant strategic initiatives including leading the full integration of Credit Suisse operations, financial processes, and systems data across the Region, as well as successfully onboarding and integrating our Brazil Investment Banking and Wealth Management franchises.
