I\'m perceived as someone who finds ways to stimulate excellence in individuals and work groups. This strength is called: Maximizer.I began my career working in a testing laboratory, unaware of the ramifications of the world of standardization. I soon realized that I was becoming increasingly interested in everything to do with standardization and working methods.After a few years of practice, I realized that this aspect of my work could be applied not only to product development, but also to companies and their way of doing things. I seized the opportunity and had the privilege of setting up management systems with several organizations, which helped improve their performance and development.During my career, I came across Lean Six Sigma methods, which were a real wake-up call. They enabled me to synthesize standardization, continuous improvement and data analysis. I particularly enjoy applying these techniques and principles to develop simple, innovative, growth-oriented solutions.Today, you can see me applying these principles in both my personal and professional life. The best reward I can get is to observe the positive effects these principles have on the people around me and the organizations in which I evolve.
