As the manager responsible for overseeing all logistics contracts with pharmaceutical and cosmetics partner laboratories, I ensure that contractual commitments are translated into concrete, measurable actions while guaranteeing reliability, compliance, and client satisfaction.I coordinate all internal stakeholders (commercial, legal, operations, IT, customer service, quality, finance) and external partners (clients, auditors, collaborators) to secure commitments and maintain high performance standards.Key responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in French and English, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements (GDP/GxP).Monitoring contract performance: service indicators, SLAs, action plans, and client reviews.Proactive client relationship management: acting as the primary interface for laboratories on contractual or operational matters.Cross-functional coordination to resolve discrepancies, anticipate risks, and ensure alignment with contractual commitments.Contributing to the digitalization of reporting and the continuous improvement of contract management processes.Supporting management on contract strategy and the development of new partnership models.
