I developed sourcing strategies, led RFP processes, negotiated contracts worth €15M to €500M, and delivered performance optimization benchmarks to CIOs. This experience taught me stakeholder management, strategic negotiation, and how to deliver measurable business impact.Entrepreneurship (7 years): I founded three digital businesses: Agence Tigre (Meta Ads consulting and campaign optimization), Benoit L Production (video production for startups, SMBs, and events), and Shoot Up Pro (online education platform for photography and videography).
