Oversight for tracking activities, deadlines for key deliverables, and surface potential issues or timing conflicts.• Analyze and understand the targeted markets, from pre-launch all the way to post-Launch• Built the initial sales forecasts and monitor performance of our new products until it get listed on most reimbursement formularies and adjust forecasts accordingly.• Establish pessimistic, realistic and optimistic sales forecast scenarios based team assumptions of Gx penetration, market growth, market share by customer, number of competitors, COGS outlook, expected formulary status, litigation status and expected launch date.• Manage pre and post launch with Demand Planning and Customer Service to maximize inventory depletion.
