ABOUT BENOIT AUBERT
Benoit A. Aubert is Professor of Information Technology at HEC Montréal and a Fellow of CIRANO (Canada). He is currently co-Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Strategic Information Systems (JSIS). His previous roles include Director of the Rowe School of Business at Dalhousie University (Canada), Director of the School of Information Management and Professor at Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand), and President and CEO of CIRANO. He was co-chair of the American Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS) in 2025. He is an AIS Distinguished Member – Cum Laude in recognition to his sustained contribution to the AIS organization. Benoit Aubert\'s main areas of research are digital transformation, risk management, outsourcing and information technology governance. Benoit Aubert is the author of more than 40 articles published in high-level scientific journals, and more than a hundred varied publications (books, chapters, conference proceedings). He regularly collaborates with public and private organizations to forge links between research and practice.
