New function set up to manage the ongoing strategic banking partnership between Tesco Stores and Barclays Bank UK following the sale of Tesco Bank to Barclays. Leading day to day relationship management/running the partnership. Responsible for managing messaging and outcome updates for the partnership to senior leadership in Tesco and Barclays. Quantifying and measuring initiatives, monitoring partnership performance. Direct support for Directors and Tesco Leadership understanding commercial performance, opps and threats, initiative development progress and incremental growth narration. Responsible for commercial sizing, forecasting and P&L management.
