   As a Vistage Chair, I facilitate a group of local CEOs, Founders, and Business Leaders who are committed to elevating their leadership and achieving results they once thought out of reach. Partnering with Vistage, a premier, invitation-only leadership organization with a 65-year legacy and boasting nearly members globally; I create spaces for breakthrough thinking. Vistage is the unique environment that predictably and dramatically elevates business performance by a factor of 2.2x vs. non-Vistage entities. Each Vistage group functions like a personal board of directors: 8-18 leaders who meet monthly for confidential, challenging, and candid roundtable discussions designed to get them working on the business rather than in it. I facilitate these sessions, which often also feature world-class subject matter experts and thought leaders speaking on topics of mutual interest.In addition to group work, I coach each member one-on-one monthly — asking questions that challenge assumptions and clarify blind spots — and prepare them to bring their most pressing issues to the table for processing by the group.Let’s talk.
