Develop and communicate the process and timeline in support of the annual Capital Budgeting Process- Assist Finance business partners with business case development on desired capital projects including financial cost/benefits, IRR, NPV, & cash flow impacts- Coordinate project approvals with FP & A counterparts and create/track activity codes (project budgets) for projects that have been approved through the capital committee- Maintain and track the status of the total company portfolio and work with the business to bring open items to closure- Track out year costs & benefits on approved projects- Lead project post-audit process to help understand if desired benefits were received post-go-live for applicable projects- Obtain and layer monthly capital cash actuals into the capital model, publish to business partners and FP & A counterparts- Coordinate monthly capital forecast updates with business partners and FP & A counterparts- Report monthly capital updates to leadership, and report quarterly project portfolio updates to Treasury and BOD- Support EBITDA budgeting, monthly forecast, month-end close, and ad hoc requests
