As the Discovery, Records & Trial Preparation Chief at the Ulster County District Attorney\'s Office, I oversee the discovery, trial preparation process, and the management of records for all criminal cases in Ulster County. I apply my 33 years of law enforcement experience to ensure the timely and accurate disclosure of evidence, compliance with legal and ethical standards, and the protection of victims\' rights and privacy.I have a proven track record of conducting complex, high-profile investigations that have resulted in successful prosecutions and commendations. I have expertise in identifying criminal patterns and conducting interrogations of criminal suspects. Also versed in conducting forensic interviews of children/persons with disabilities, and sexual assault victims.I am also fully fluent in Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language. This allows me to conduct interviews both in English and Spanish. Fully versed in body language interpretation and behavioral assessment. I am passionate about justice, integrity, and public service, and I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques to enhance my performance and contribution.
