With a combined 9 Emmy wins and 17 Nominations, String & Can is a New York City based audio recording, editing and mixing company offering sound editing and design, VO recording and audio mixing for short and long form television and film (documentaries and fiction).We are now a 7.1.4 Home Theater Dolby Atmos facility!All our NYC and Remote studios are Pro Tools based. Mix 3 just got upgraded and certified for Home Theater Dolby Atmos in 7.1.4.Mix 1 is a 7.1 Printmastering room and Mix 2 is a 5.1 DVD/Broadcast mixing room. Both Mix 1 and Mix 2 connect to our VO/Foley booth.Best of all, Mix 1 and 3 also got new AVID S6 32 fader controllers to complement our DANTE infrastructure upgrade.
